• 3. Payments & Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable once a service has been rendered. Refund requests for cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• 4. Conduct: We expect all clients to treat staff with respect. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service denial.
